Tonights DJ: Ena Cosovic/Josefine Hellström Hansson
Copenhagen based, Bosnian born DJ Ena Cosovic spins her eclectic style across the Danish capital as well as cities in Europe. Currently she's a resident at Copenhagens finest club, Culture Box, where she has shared booths with some of the worlds most prominent DJ’s. 2016 also marked the premiere of True Rotary Recordings, a label run by Joel Alter and Ena Cosovic. Stemming from a longstanding mutual appreciation for the combination raw techno with more seductive sounds, the label is a natural development of Joel’s and Ena’s musical and personal partnership. True Rotary Recordings represents their mutual musical vision and vibe that they love. Keeping it raw and genuine.
Lover of records, she keeps on digging for melodies and textures. The core is techno, with a touch of house and
the occasional acid.
Josefine Hellström Hansson
DJ and producer Josefine Hellström Hansson is based in Malmö, Sweden. With a background in classical piano and pop, she started out producing and DJing techno in 2014. Her debut vinyl Water Cave EP released on HMWL in 2016 made it’s way onto Decks and Beatport top charts, was featured in many Boiler Room sets and finally shortlisted as best techno of 2016 by Swedish Radio P3.
Her sound ranges from house to techno, characterised by melody, edge and old school grooves. When she’s not in the studio, you will find her playing at festivals and clubs like Way Out West, Why Not Festival, numerous Berlin clubs and Culture Box in Copenhagen.
